Employment opportunities become available primarily through product growth

Interested in working here? YEI has a very low turnover rate, but new positions open up regularly based on product and company growth. Please send resumes to admin@YostEngineering.com. All positions require a 4-year college degree (except for student intern positions). Programmers and developers should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, and have proven product development and troubleshooting experience. Product support and management candidates are evaluated based on prior work experience and industry knowledge. YEI is a high-energy, creative, atypical work environment. There are no cubicles, no fluorescent lights, no corporate hierarchy, and everyone (from CEO to student interns) is required to be an important contributor to the team. All employees must be self-motivated independent thinkers who can still play well with others. (Running with scissors is optional.)
