Programmers and developers should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, and have proven product development and troubleshooting experience. Product support and management candidates are evaluated based on prior work experience and industry knowledge. YEI is a high-energy, creative, atypical work environment. There are no cubicles, no fluorescent lights, no corporate hierarchy, and everyone (from CEO to student interns) is required to be an important contributor to the team.
